Comic Backstory: After being chased down by a demonic bear while trying to visit Stephen at his studio, Paul and Eric joined Stephen on his quest to The Daily Show studio. Paul and Eric armed themselves with a shield and light saber respectively from Stephen's wall and mysteriously the weapons acquired the same abilities as their fictional counterparts once coming in contact with Stephen's spear.

Weapons: Paul wields Captain America's shield and Eric is the proud owner of a lightsaber.
Powers: Paul can throw the shield great lengths, shield bash into foes and block major attacks. Eric... has a lightsaber. I mean, what CAN'T you do with one of those things?
